All of the artwork does contain the D.N.A. of Dr. Skeleton. The D.N.A. of Dr. Skeleton is his “Signature”, the artwork does not have some form of D.N.A. from Doctor Skeleton, then the art is a forgery. With that stated, every created work of art sold from this website may possibly have different restrictions.

Human bones, Human remains, and Human D.N.A. have very few restrictions in the United States and worldwide. Any possession laws can certainly be argued that human remains are not the same as artwork. There are many countries that are still using human remains for art. In fact, there are a few countries that are still currently carving human skulls and using other Human bones for personal decor, trophies, and fashion.

Doctor Skeleton does not sell human bones and/or human remains. Doctor Skeleton only creates “Fine Art” with a significant historical value for his eccentric collectors and clientele. The mailing address and name on the item have little to no relevance as to who will actually possess the artwork.

Most every restriction would be for the possession of Human Bones and or Human Remains of some kind. In almost every given scenario the possession will be protected under the fact you are purchasing “Fine Art”. Collecting Fine Art is not purchasing or obtaining random human remains.
